$5B is a lot of money, but it is apparently something the DFL would like to collect to support lots of little project and pet concepts.  You’ll be seeing that number, $5B ($5,000,000,000.00) a lot in the next months.  But enquiring minds wanted to know … where does it come from?  Well, we found the data we enumerated at DLF Tax-Hike Proposals. This memo is a little humorous, but enlightening. Most of these references include the House reference file numbers.  If you find these numbers interesting, remember what they represent. They represent the worst sort of picayune petty personal politics.
