$100 per month for Computer Benefit for State Representatives

Last summer, after the legislative session, the House voted itself a raft of expense increases. Besides the 45% per diem increase, and large boosts for gasoline expenses, the House authorized $100/month (no receipt required) for House members to pay for a computer at home for communicating with constituents.
Question for Rep. David Bly, 25B: Are you getting the $100/month computer allowance and do you have a computer? If so, will you answer queries from constituents (many constituents have found you to be not answering letters all summer)?
Question for Rep. David Bly, 25b: Did you support the “highway to nowhere”?
One of the most remarkable highway projects in your district this year is the complete rebuild of Rice County 29, from the intersection with MN-246 (one mile west of Nerstrand) dead-ending at the Nerstrand Big Woods State Park campground. Rice County did not think it needed a mill and fill or even a seal coating; but with MNDOT state aid, Rice County let a contract to Valley Paving for a complete rebuild. It is a superhighway to no where.
After years of discussion, MNDOT is now planning a mill and fill “fix” of MN-19 from I-35 to Northfield. And MN-246 in Rice County got a very overdue pot hole filling with loose asphalt.
Was David Bly involved or did he even know anything about the “highway to nowhere” and did he think a dead-end superhighway to a state park deserves higher priority than major state highways like MN-19 and MN-246?
