40,000 to 8.2M … like those odds?

40,000, that’s the number of really wealthy taxpayers in the City of New York. 8.2M, that’s the total number of people living in that city (the metropolitan area is 18+M). One might ask what happens if those 40,000 pack up and leave? Or better, what if they decide to weigh in to the political agenda [...]
